We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our growing clientele.

Position Summary

As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) at Convergences Human Resources, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, leveraging your expertise to address HR opportunities and deliver tangible business outcomes. You will provide comprehensive HR support across various functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with Cambodian labor law.‍

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic business partner to clients, identifying HR opportunities and delivering solutions that align with business objectives. Provide expert guidance on Cambodian labor law and payroll practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee HR cycles, including Goal Planning, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement Organizational Development strategies that drive business success.
  • Facilitate effective communication and build strong, trusting relationships with clients, acting as a consultant and advisor on HR matters.
  • Support clients in developing and executing employee and leadership development programs.
  • Provide formal HR training to clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputable organization in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Cambodian labor law and payroll practices.
  • Thorough understanding of Organizational Development and all HR cycles, including Goal Planning, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management.
  • Formal training in Human Resources, with a strong grasp of HR best practices.
  • Independent and autonomous, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong consulting skills, with the ability to provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
