As part of our continued expansion, they are seeking a highly capable Country Representative to lead and manage their operations in Cambodia
Position Overview
The Country Representative will be the company’s senior-most leader in Cambodia and will be fully accountable for in-country activities. This includes managing operations, business development, local partnerships, finance, administration, team leadership, and compliance with the local regulatory environment.
This is a leadership role for a dynamic individual who combines technical industry experience with business acumen and strategic foresight.
What You'll Do:
Business Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute the country’s strategic and business development plans in alignment with global objectives
- Lead annual budgeting and business planning processes for Cambodia operations.
- Identify market opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
Operations & Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day operational performance and ensure delivery of high-quality IT support and cybersecurity services.
- Ensure efficient back-office operations including finance, procurement, administration, and HR.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in Cambodia.
Business Development & Representation:
- Develop and execute the country’s strategic and business development plans in alignment with global objectives
- Lead annual budgeting and business planning processes for Cambodia operations.
- Identify market opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Foster a positive and performance-driven organizational culture.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or related industries.
- Strong background in operations management, finance, and business development.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and comply with the local regulatory environment.
- Proven experience in planning, budgeting, and strategic implementation.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
