About Company:
A large international company in e-commerce is looking to expand its Cambodian operations. This company specializes in e-commerce parcel solutions for e-tailer and mail delivery services, etc.
Position Overview:
We are recruiting a Customer Service Executive to join our commercial team on a permanent basis. The role involves directly contacting to customers, carriers, and partners—managing inquiries, feedback, complaints, and claims while maintaining CRM accuracy and strong KPI performance.
What You’ll Do
- Support sales and manage assigned customer accounts.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Oversee CRM data accuracy and prepare reports.
- Monitor daily operations and KPIs; escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or above with 2+ years’ customer service or e-commerce logistics experience (fresh grads welcome).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; a second language is an advantage.
