About Company:

A large international company in e-commerce is looking to expand its Cambodian operations. This company specializes in e-commerce parcel solutions for e-tailer and mail delivery services, etc.

Position Overview:

We are recruiting a Customer Service Executive to join our commercial team on a permanent basis. The role involves directly contacting to customers, carriers, and partners—managing inquiries, feedback, complaints, and claims while maintaining CRM accuracy and strong KPI performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Support sales and manage assigned customer accounts.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
  • Oversee CRM data accuracy and prepare reports.
  • Monitor daily operations and KPIs; escalate issues when necessary.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or above with 2+ years’ customer service or e-commerce logistics experience (fresh grads welcome).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; a second language is an advantage.
