Position Overview

‍

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll bring visual ideas to life and help shape how Confluences, ventures and brands are presented across digital and print media. You’ll be under Marketing Communications department and work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful, brand-consistent designs.

What You'll Do:

‍

• Manage and execute a diverse range of design projects, including digital, print, and presentation materials (such as PPT decks, white papers, and brochures).
• Collaborate effectively with MarCom team members and other departments to produce accurate and visually compelling products as per requests.
• Ensure that all productions are aligned to industry standards, brand guidelines, and specific project requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

‍

Experience & Education:

• Significant experience in graphic design, branding, or art direction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work preferably within a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Skills & Qualities:

• Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Canva, and AI-driven design tools.
• Deep understanding of design principles and typography, photo editing, digital design.
• Good knowledge of the printing process.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment, with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Positive problem-solving approach to overcome challenges and maintain progress.
• Be proactive

Languages:

• Fluent in English (Khmer and/or French is a plus)
