We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our growing clientele.

As an HR Administrator, your main role will be concentrated on recruitment and provide daily Admin support to ensure the company runs smoothly. Also, you will take part in service providers on recruitment and other HR services to the clients as well.
• In charge of recruitment and support of other HR services to clients.
• Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Maintain the company’s internal documents, staff databases, and other records.
• Coordinate with relative Ministries by giving support on administrative tasks to ensure the company’s operations run smoothly.
• Any other related duties as and when required.
• Experience: Recruitment, HR and Administrative support.
• Skills: Proficiency in Ms. Office applications, other relative accounting application is a plus.
• Education: Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related fields.
• Language: Proficiency in Khmer, Excellent level of English and French is a significant plus.
• Availability: As soon as possible.
