Position Overview

You will play a key role in shaping both our internal team and the success of our clients. This position goes beyond routine administration—you will directly contribute to building strong, talented teams while ensuring our company operates seamlessly. You’ll also act as a trusted partner to clients, delivering recruitment and HR services that strengthen their organizations.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the full recruitment cycle, from job design to successful candidate placement.
• Partner with clients to deliver impactful recruitment and HR solutions.
• Champion smooth onboarding and keep HR records accurate and compliant.
• Support operations with Ministry coordination and lead HR process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• ‍Experience: Recruitment, HR and Administrative support.‍
• Skills: Proficiency in Ms. Office applications, other relative accounting application is a plus.‍
• Education: Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related fields. ‍
• Language: Khmer native and excellent level of English.‍
• Attributes: Fearless attitude and proactive.
