A large international company in the water and waste management sectors is looking to expand its Cambodian operations. This company specializes in consulting and engineering services, especially tied to environmental transitions, ecological sustainability, water cycles, waste, urban development, etc.
Position Overview:
We are recruiting a Hydraulics & Network Specialist to join our engineering team on a permanent basis. The role involves
contributing to the design, analysis, and optimization ofwater supply networks and hydraulic systems across multiple projects.
What You'll Do:
- Support hydraulic analysis and design of water supply networks.
- Prepare and update hydraulic models (EPANET, WaterGEMS, or equivalent).
- Carryout calculations for pipelines, pumping stations, and storage facilities.
- Collaborate with engineers, experts, and contractors to ensure consistency and quality.
- Contribute to technical reports, drawings, and project deliverables.
- Apply and promote safety standards in design and construction activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Hydraulic or CivilEngineering (or related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in water supply network design and hydraulic modeling.
- Proficiency in EPANET, WaterGEMS, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of water distribution systems, pumping, and storage facilities.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience on donor-funded or international projects is an asset.

- Location: Based in Phnom Penh, with occasional field visits and possible travel.
