Position Overview:
As a Market Access Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting international companies entering the Cambodian and Southeast Asian markets. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market research and analysis, organizing and accompanying clients on field missions, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored recommendations. You will also help facilitate B2B meetings with local stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Conduct ongoing primary and secondary market research to support clients’ international expansion strategies.
Draft detailed market studies including sector overviews, competitive analysis, benchmarking, and strategic recommendations.
Interview industry experts and local stakeholders to gather accurate, up-to-date market intelligence.
Analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights tailored to clients’ objectives.
Organize B2B meetings and networking sessions between clients and local partners, distributors, or authorities.
Accompany clients during site visits and business trips, including occasional missions to provinces.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes to support client deliverables and internal documentation.
Monitor and stay up to date on relevant industry trends, regulations, and market developments.
Contribute to the development of internal knowledge tools, case studies, and market databases.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of work experience in a B2B or consulting environment.
Skills: Strong analytical and research skills; experience in market studies, data analysis, and client-facing communication.
Soft Skills: Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cross-functional team and client-facing environment.
Language: Proficiency in Khmer and good command of English required; French is a plus.
Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint); familiarity with data or presentation tools (e.g., Canva, Notion,Tableau) is a plus.
Mobility: Willingness to travel within Cambodia, including occasional overnight stays in provinces.
