To pursue its development, Confluences Trading is now actively looking for a new Technical Finishing Engineer specialized in construction and finishing-related projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Finishing Engineer to manage the technical and logistical aspects of finishing works. This role involves preparing detailed plans, managing materials and tools, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of finishing phases. The ideal candidate combines drafting proficiency, project coordination skills, and a strong understanding of finishing materials and standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment for finishing projects.
• Liaise with clients to define requirements, scope, and project objectives.
• Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings for execution.
• Develop project schedules and track timelines.
• Identify and break down required materials and tools based on project specifications.
• Estimate final project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Research and coordinate with product suppliers and subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with architects, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project finishing or a similar role.
• Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project. Skilled in drafting and interpreting technical drawings.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field.
• Language: Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English (spoken and written).
