Position Overview:
As a Sales and Admin Officer, you will lead the customer service operations and support sales activities for the department, including maintaining CRM records and fostering strong customer relationships. The role involves managing sales invoices and related documentation. Additional responsibilities include performing various administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors and managers.
What You'll Do:
Lead customer service in the department’s business.
Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
Coordinate logistics and arrange end-customer delivery.
Coordinate the sales invoices and other supportive documents
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by Supervisor and Manager in charge.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Having experience in Sales support, customer service, invoice, and stock arrangement is a plus
Skills: Proficiency in Ms. Office applications (Word,Excel, and PowerPoint).
Education: Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or related fields.
Language: Excellent level of English; proficiency in Khmer and French is a significant plus.
Availability: Immediate availability.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and efficiently handles multiple responsibilities.
