We cater to our clients' needs across different areas such as institutional, legal, and tax requirements. We also offer private offices, open working space, and a dynamic environment with local and international businesses.
Trading department sources European industrial/construction equipment and solutions for the local market, partners with global leaders like Gerflor / Clestra Hauserman / Shades Asia / Romus / Gradus and ensures high-quality products and materials for professionals in Cambodia.
Ventures department initiates projects in Cambodia, and ASEAN, supports high-potential companies' growth hacking plans, and adds value through strategic partnerships, co-investing, operational support, consulting, and post-investment exit strategies.
As a Sales and Admin Officer, you will work closely with the current Siem Reap Branch Manager by maintaining close communication with the team in the Head Office. Moreover, you will be part of a small, growing, and dynamic team based in Siem Reap. This role involves contributing to multiple ongoing internal and venture projects, with a focus on client relationships, event coordination, and operational support. Lastly, you’ll need to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage a variety of tasks across different areas.
• Project Coordination: Assist in monitoring the progress of ongoing projects, ensure timelines are met, and address any challenges that arise.
• Business Development Coordination: Identify and engage potential clients across different industries, present tailored proposals, and maintain strong client relationships to secure partnerships.
• Event Planning & Representation: Participate in events to promote the company’s offerings and networking events, and also organize tastings with clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through communication, product delivery, and technical support if needed.
• Inventory & Logistics: Oversee the logistics (Coffee and Coffee machine) from the Head Office and inventory management; ensuring that resources are well-managed and available for project needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Siem Reap and Head Office) and external stakeholders to align objectives and share progress through regular updates and meetings.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, and project management.
• Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Education: Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Language: Excellent written and spoken Khmer and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
