Position Overview

‍

As a Finance Supervisor will work under the Operations team, and you will work closely with the Operations team and clients’ companies. This role will also contribute to monthly and annual tax declaration and other report preparation as assigned by the Head of Operations.

What You’ll Do

‍

- Contribute to the closing of accounts, reconciling transactions, and making the necessary adjusting entries.

- Verify the taxes calculated by the accounting firm and implement these taxes in our transactions within the company's ERP.

- Assist with the company's reporting at the end of each month.

- Improve procedures within Confluences by developing analyses and reports.

- Formulate profitability analyses for each department or project of Confluences.

- Participate in the drafting of activity reports to support the current activities of the companies supported by the Confluence Operations Department.

- Write up all these analyses in PowerPoint format to enable proper communication of information to stakeholders.

- Analyze the possibilities and opportunities for Confluences to raise funds in the medium to long term.

What We’re Looking For:

‍

- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in Finance or Accounting work experience.

- Skills: Proficiency in Ms. Office applications, other relative accounting application is a plus.

- Education: Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related fields.

- Additional Certificate: Having CAT or relevant certificates is advantageous.

- Language: Excellent level of English; proficiency in Khmer and French is a significant plus.

- Availability: Immediate availability.

- Attributes: Fearless attitude, proactive, and capable of managing a dedicated team as the role evolves.
