Position Overview:


As a Senior HR Officer, you will oversee the full spectrum of human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. This role will require the individual to develop and implement HR policies, streamline processes, and support organizational growth in alignment with business goals. The Senior HR Coordinator will also serve as a key advisor to leadership, ensuring a positive and productive work environment while managing day-to-day HR operations for the company.

What You'll Do:

Recruitment, Onboarding & Contract Administration
  • Administer employment contracts and ensure all onboarding/offboarding compliance requirements and logistics are handled accurately and on time.
  • Manage recruitment for employees and interns, coordinating closely with the Convergences team and overseeing the full employee lifecycle.
Compensation & Payroll
  • Support payroll-related compliance and documentation while tracking staff movements for expense forecasting and benefits registration/removal.
  • Manage monthly payroll for Confluences and EoR staff, including salary, tax, NSSF, and seniority payments, in coordination with the Finance team.
Compliance & HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation aligned with legal and internal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, including work permits and MOLVT declarations, and manage FWCMS/LACMS systems.
Performance Management & Development
  • Coordinate the annual performance management cycle from goal setting to evaluations and link outcomes to compensation.
  • Support implementation of new HR policies and assist with ongoing HR transformation initiatives.
General HR & Admin Support
  • Provide routine HR and admin support to maintain efficient operations and address staff needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Degree in Social Sciences, Business or equivalent.
  • Experience: No less than 5 years experience in HR with broad exposure to above business areas.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite, HR Information Systems. Strong analytical skills.
  • Language: Excellent level of English; proficiency in French and Khmer is a significant plus.
  • Attributes: Proactive, team-oriented and ability to prioritize. Organized and able to multitask.
