To pursue its development, Confluences Trading is now actively looking for a new Technical Finishing Engineer specialized in construction and finishing-related projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Technical Finishing Engineer to oversee project finishing phases, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in construction, and the ability to manage site operations effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all stages of finishing work: plan schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Ensure all work strictly follows shop drawings and design specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate internal teams and external providers for seamless project execution.
• Participate in on-site interventions and assist with implementing finishing techniques applicable to the projects.
• Apply appropriate finishing techniques and construction methods.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget.
• Guarantee the quality and durability of final installations.

What We’re Looking For:

‍

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finishing or construction. Solid technical background with hands-on experience in construction finishing work.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office applications. Practical knowledge of tools and skilled in general handyman tasks.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Language: Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English (spoken and written).

  • Willingness to work night shifts when required.
