To pursue its development, Confluences Trading is now actively looking for a new Technical Project Supervisor specialized in construction and finishing-related projects.

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Technical Project Supervisor to manage project execution from planning to final delivery. This role involves coordinating resources, supervising site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage inventory of stock, materials, and equipment.
• Supervise all phases of technical projects: set timelines, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Coordinate on-site interventions and ensure proper implementation of project techniques.
• Prepare technical drawings and revisions using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with third parties, including architects and subcontractors.
• Align internal resources and external providers for smooth project execution.
• Ensure project delivery meets timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Oversee the quality and functionality of final installations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Solid technical foundation and hands-on experience in construction or related industries
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office applications. Practical, resourceful, and skilled in various handyman tasks.
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field.‍
• Language: Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English (spoken and written).‍
